FOOD TIP:
Eat slowly. It takes your stomach up to 20 minutes
to register fullness, so if you slow down you'll
likely eat less.
ABS-OLUTELY!








We all want that 6-pack – the perfect finishing touch of a
good physique. But unfortunately, it is often one of the last
body goals that many achieve. This is basically due to the
fact that ab definition is dependent upon several factors,
which include exercise AND a clean diet. Lower body fat
composition plays a large role in muscle definition. You can
be thin, but still “fat”, in terms of your muscle to body fat
ratio. When that happens – no 6-pack!
Unfortunately, there is no such thing as spot conditioning.
Overall fitness is vital to a healthy, svelte body. To get a
great looking 6-pack, you not only need to do crunches and
a variety of abdominal exercises to build the muscle from
multiple angles, but also incorporate a good cardio/fat
burning workout. One without the other just isn’t as
effective. Unless you reduce your body fat, you’ll never see
your 6-pack!

But here’s the good news… by incorporating only 15 minutes
a day, several times a week, you can effectively tone and
shape your midsection. And once you add in some effective
cardio (running, swimming, cycling, etc.) and enjoy a clean
diet, you will undoubtedly achieve those chiseled flat abs
you’ve wanted!!
